Farmers Market Creation & Curation in Broward & Palm Beach County
Hi, I’m Jess Del Vecchio. I’ve lived in Boca Raton since 1991, and creating community-centered spaces around local food and local makers is both my passion and my work.
We create, launch, and curate farmers markets throughout Broward County and Palm Beach County, working closely with local Florida farmers, food producers, small businesses, property owners, and community partners.
Our approach is hands-on and community-first, with each market intentionally designed to reflect the people it serves. I founded and operate the Boca Farmers Market, a weekly, year-round market with nearly 100 vendors, and the Deerfield Beach Farmers Market, a weekly seasonal market featuring approximately 60 local vendors. Both markets were built with a for locals-by-locals mindset - prioritizing quality vendors, thoughtful layouts, smooth operations, and an environment where people feel welcome to stay, connect, and return week after week
.Beyond shopping, the markets we curate function as community hubs. We regularly offer free wellness programming such as community yoga, sound bath classes, HIIT workouts, and other rotating offerings that make the markets accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for a wide range of ages and lifestyles.
Supporting local businesses while creating opportunities for connection is always at the center of what we do. In addition to large public farmers markets, we also organize and manage lunch markets and mini markets for private and semi-private communities, including country clubs, office campuses, colleges, and hospital teams. These smaller-format markets are curated specifically for their audience and often serve as convenient, high-quality amenities for members, employees, or residents.
One example is a bi-weekly mini market at Boca West Country Club, created as a seasonal amenity for its members. Every market we create is intentionally curated - from vendor mix and site flow to programming and community engagement - because no two communities are the same.
The goal is to build something sustainable that supports local vendors, strengthens neighborhoods, and becomes a trusted gathering place for the community. If you’re interested in bringing a farmers market or lunch market to your town, property, campus, or organization in Broward or Palm Beach County, we’d love to connect and explore what that could look like for your community.
