Local 100% grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef from Florida regenerative and sustainable cattle farms.  This ancestral blend includes nourishing organ meats. The ration of ground beef to organs is 90% beef and 10% organ blend.  Always hormone and antibiotic free. Ancestral beef is frozen and vacuum sealed after aging for 14 days after USDA inspection.
